COURSE REFUND POLICY

Victorious By Design is committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences through our courses, workshops, and training programs. Because our courses include digital content that becomes immediately accessible upon purchase, the following refund policy applies.
1. Digital Course Purchases
Due to the nature of digital products, all course sales are final and non-refundable once access to course materials has been granted.
When you enroll in a Victorious By Design course, you receive immediate access to proprietary training materials, including but not limited to:
Video lessons
Downloadable resources
Workbooks and templates
Recorded trainings
AI tools and demonstrations
Because these materials can be downloaded or viewed instantly, refunds are not typically issued.
2. Refund Exceptions
Victorious By Design may issue a refund under limited circumstances, including:
Duplicate purchase of the same course
Technical failure preventing course access
Course cancellation by Victorious By Design
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Victorious By Design.
3. Live Courses, Workshops, or Events
If a course includes live training sessions, webinars, or workshops, the following policy applies:
Cancellations made 7 days before the event may qualify for a partial refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
If Victorious By Design cancels an event, participants will receive either:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer enrollment to a future program.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting Victorious By Design first violates this policy.
If a chargeback is filed:
Course access will be revoked.
The user may be permanently banned from future courses.
